The 2018 World Long Drive season is off and running in South Carolina with Day 2 of qualifying adding three new names to the 2018 Volvik World Long Drive Championship field later this year.
Jacob Golliday, Spencer McDaniel and Mitch McDowell came out on top as a “hitter’s heaven” was packed again all afternoon long.
The end of the day featured the first-ever Tour Qualifier, where the top four hitters earned the final spots in Saturday’s East Coast Classic tour event.
In a win-or-go-home, March Madness type scenario, Jacob Golliday, Jay Milinichik, Danny Moorehead and Troy Teal punched their tickets to the first tour event of the 2018 World Long Drive season.
The grid will be clear and ready for competition Saturday morning at 9am ET.
