The East Coast Classic in the capital of South Carolina has a long history of the best hitters in the world rolling into Columbia for their shot at Long Drive fame & fortune. The grid is well-known amongst long drivers as “a hitter’s heaven” due to its insane track record of drives exceeding the 400 yard mark, including a mammoth 444 yard shot by two-time World Champion Tim Burke and an astounding 470 yarder in 2016 by Kevin Shook. Competitors in the Top 50 +ties in the WLDA World Rankings as of February 28th are eligible to register for the East Coast Classic beginning March 1st through 12PM ET on March 4th.
After 12PM ET on March 4th the event will open to all other players to fill remaining spots.

A field of 32 players which are divided into 2 groups of 16 will compete in a round robin format where they will accrue points and the top 8 in each group will advance to a Double Elimination tournament. From the Double Elimination tournament, the top 8 will advance to the Match Play quarterfinals round. Click here for a detailed description.
WLDA/WLDC Event entry fees will be refunded if the WLDA staff is notified (via e-mail at LongDrive@GolfChannel.com) before the close of entries. Each WLDA Event has a specific close time and is listed on the event entry page, a $120 service charge will be deducted from all refunds. After the close of registration, no refund for any reason will be issued.
