Long Drive Japan is now World Long Drive Japan! Through this partnership, athletes will be able to earn World Ranking points and qualify for World Championships though WLD Japan events.

A total of six WLD World Championship exemptions (two (2) Open Division, two (2) Senior Division, one (1) Ladies Division and one (1) Amateur Division) will be entered into World Championships.

QUALIFYING EVENT POINT DISTRIBUTIONS

WLD Rankings Points are assigned per WLD Japan event as follows, based on number of competitors ranked in the Top 75 of WLD World Rankings :

1-5 Hitters in the WLD Top 75 World Rankings

1st Place: 50 WLD Ranking Points

2nd Place: 25 WLD Ranking Points

3rd -4th Place: 10 WLD Ranking Points

6-15 Hitters in the WLD Top 75 World Rankings

1st Place: 75 WLD Ranking Points

2nd Place: 50 WLD Ranking Points

3rd -4th Place: 25 WLD Ranking Points

5th_gth Place: 10 WLD Ranking Points

16+ Hitters in the WLD Top 75 World Rankings

1st Place: 100 WLD Ranking Points

2nd Place: 75 WLD Ranking Points

3rd_4th Place: 50 WLD Ranking Points

5th - 8th Place: 25 WLD Ranking Points

9th -16th Place: 10 WLD Ranking Points

Athletes that advance to the WLD World Championship will be required to have an active WLD Tour Membership.
